Tras cursar sus estudios en el Centro Superior de Hosteler\u00eda de Santiago, decidi\u00f3 empaparse de lo que se estaba haciendo en Espa\u00f1a y lo hizo de la mano de Pedro Subijana y To\u00f1o P\u00e9rez, entre otros.<\/p>\n

Desde hace algunos a\u00f1os se ha centrado en la cocina del restaurante Espa\u00f1a, que gestiona junto a su hermano Paco y donde d\u00eda a d\u00eda intenta rejuvenecer la cocina de Lugo.<\/p>\n
