Los hermanos L\u00f3pez aportaron el golpe de horno generacional a un restaurante ya acreditado en la v\u00eda tradicional por su padre.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el restaurante Espa\u00f1a no se entiende sin el proyecto que la familia L\u00f3pez impulsa en sus instalaciones de Recelle, a pocos kil\u00f3metros de Lugo, en Portomar\u00edn. Es all\u00ed donde cr\u00edan sus propios bueyes, a base de una alimentaci\u00f3n cien por ciento natural, que les permite obtener este producto estrella para sus platos.<\/p>\n

En 2014 el Instituto de Calidad Tur\u00edstica Espa\u00f1ola (ICTE) otorg\u00f3 al restaurante la \u201cQ\u201d de Calidad Tur\u00edstica, un galard\u00f3n que revalidan de nuevo cada a\u00f1o, y que reconoce el esfuerzo, as\u00ed como la superaci\u00f3n de la cocina de los hermanos L\u00f3pez d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n
